1. The role of chillers in extrusion

Plastics are extruded and molded by heated molds at a constant frequency. It is particularly important to maintain a constant temperature. The temperature difference range of the chilled water is required to be ±0.1℃. The customized chiller is equipped with a proportional chilled water valve to accurately adjust the temperature, and the problem is solved.

4. The role of chillers in plastic molds

The plastic particles are injected into the mold after being melted by heat. After condensation, the mold is opened and the molded plastic workpiece is ejected. In the continuous production process, the chiller is required to cool the mold to improve the efficiency of plastic condensation, improve the dimensional accuracy, molding quality and surface quality of the work piece. The larger the injection volume of the injection molding machine, the greater the refrigeration capacity required, and the stronger the refrigeration capacity of the chiller required.

From this point of view, the industrial chiller plays an important role in temperature control in the production process of plastic products. It cooperates with the injection molding machine to control the temperature according to the production needs to ensure high-quality and efficient production of injection molding.
